We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@shoplunami.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.
